An order is placed when you complete payment. We send a confirmation email with your order number. A contract is formed when we accept the order by dispatching it. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we suspect fraud, the item is unavailable, or a pricing error occurred.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free tracked shipping. No taxes or fees are added at checkout. Import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is taken by PayPal at the time of order; we never store card details.

Orders are processed in 24 to 48 hours (business days) and delivered in 8 to 15 business days. Tracking is emailed when the parcel ships. For delivery before Christmas, order by December 10. See the shipping policy.

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Details, including how to start a return, are in the refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If the Orb is faulty on arrival or fails within the guarantee period through no fault of yours, we replace or refund it. Damage from drops, water or opening the device is not covered.

The photos, videos and audio you load onto the Orb stay on the device and on your own computer. We never receive them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Illumina Orbs is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
