• Order details: name, email, phone, delivery address, the items you bought and the amount paid.
• Payment: handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
• Support: anything you send us by email so we can answer.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and rough location, collected through cookies and analytics tags only after you accept them.

• To process and deliver your order, send confirmations and tracking, and handle returns (contract).
• To answer questions and resolve problems (legitimate interest).
• To measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs, with your consent.
• To meet tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations (legal duty).

• PayPal, to take payment.
• Our fulfilment partner and carriers, to pack and deliver the parcel. They receive your name, address and phone number only.
• Resend, which sends our order and support emails.
• Analytics and advertising providers you have consented to, such as Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads), Meta, Microsoft Clarity, TikTok or Pinterest.

Essential cookies keep your cart and theme preference in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, tags run in consent-less mode and no advertising identifiers are stored. You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

We use Google Consent Mode v2, so Google services receive your choice directly. Where a server-side purchase event is sent to Meta, it is hashed and deduplicated with the browser event.

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (typically 7 years). Support emails are kept for 2 years. Analytics data follows each provider’s retention settings, which we keep at the shortest practical option.

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK GDPR and US state privacy laws), you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email hello@illuminaorbs.com and we will reply within one business day. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our providers may process data outside your country under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, payment data never touches our servers, and access to order data is limited to staff who need it.

The store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for significant changes, note it on the site.
