Refund and returns policy

If you change your mind, or the Orb is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the full amount you paid. Email hello@illuminaorbs.com with your order number.

Send us a photo or short video of the problem with your order number. We ship a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You do not need to send the faulty unit back unless we ask.

• Contact us first so we can send a return label or instructions.
• Pack the Orb in its gift box with the cable and hanging loop where possible.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving, and appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once shipped, use the guarantee above.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
