Shipping policy

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to. Nothing is added at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.

Orders are prepared for dispatch in 24 to 48 hours (business days). Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

Delivery takes 8 to 15 business days from dispatch. Remote areas and customs checks can add a few days. For delivery before Christmas, order by December 10; later orders still ship but we cannot promise arrival by the 25th.

A tracking link is emailed when the parcel ships. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.

Please give a complete address and a phone number: carriers use the number to arrange delivery and customs contact. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, we will reship it once free of charge.

Orders are shipped with the declared value. Most destinations do not charge duties on this product; where they apply, they are the recipient’s responsibility.
